*We would like to ask each family to prayerfully consider being at camp for the entire length of the camp. We understand that we have many ministers who attend, and they may have to leave early to get home to preach or execute their duties, and we completely understand (even though we would love for you to make LFCE part of your time off). It is hard for the directors when the schedule is so delayed or duplicated due to many late arrivals. While we also understand that emergencies can happen to delay camp arrival, we humbly ask that families registering will try to have at least one family member physically present for camp by the end of the registration period that ends at noon on Thursday. If this is not a possibility, please contact one of the directions to determine the best course of action.

We will place families into our camp roster by order of registration time. Our website set up does not allow us to stop registration when we are at capacity. We will email you your confirmation as soon as possible. Please plan to send your deposit as soon as you receive the confirmation email. Please do not send a deposit until you have received an email from us.
Your registration is finalized when we have emailed you & received your deposit.
Camp costs are listed below. Payment may be made by check or Venmo (friends & family-we cannot accept PayPal due to fees)-please note if you use a credit card or send via goods/services on Venmo, you will be responsible for the fee.
Camp Registration Fee:
$105 per person ages 4 & up.
Family Cost:
Full price for first 6 people ($630)
$55 per person after 6
This is for immediate family members only. Grandparents & other family members will need to register separately.
New in 2024: All registration fees include a short sleeve t-shirt.
Long sleeve t-shirt upgrades are available with an additional fee.
Lodging Available :
-Dorm spots (men & women separate-two dorm buildings are connected allowing the families with younger children to be closer together)
-Offsite (your responsibility/at your expense)
